I run Five Star Mechanical here in the Las Vegas valley. We're a small, tight crew based out of our shop on Mountain Vista in Henderson — every tech on a Five Star truck has been personally trained, vetted, and works to my standards.
Most HVAC and plumbing companies in Vegas are owned by investors who've never turned a wrench. Their techs are paid on commission to upsell. Their phone trees route you to a call center somewhere else. Their "emergency service" means a callback in 6 hours.
We don't run that way. Our techs are paid hourly, not on commission. The phone rings to a real human in Henderson, day or night. When we say flat-rate, we mean it — what you sign for is what you pay.
